Madeline Hoyle is a multidisciplinary UX and product designer and developer with 16 years in the industry. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Madeline's UX & UI design work is led by a deep understanding of user behavior, motivation, feeling, and cognitive process through user research. Madeline creates wireframes, comprehensive mockups, and development of interactive prototypes to communicate, test, and validate ideas.

Madeline currently leads the UX Design & Research Team at thunder::tech, an integrated marketing agency. In this role she has led the research, design and strategy of countless mid-market company websites in the ecommerce, corporate B2B, and educational institution segments.
